Cancellation Policy
Virtual, Workshops, and Other Suites
We ask for at least 5 business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations made within 5 business days of the session will be charged in full.
These policies apply to both virtual and in-person sessions to ensure fairness and consistency. Our goal is to make every session meaningful and well-prepared for all participants, so timely notice helps us deliver the best experience possible.
